Canutillo de Bilbao

The Canutillo is made with puff pastry and cream.

For 4 people:

  • Puff pastry
  • Custard
  • Icing sugar

Roll out the puff pastry on the work surface util it is a this sheet. To give them shape, roll them on thin metal tubes living the ends open. Put them in the oven. Remove them from the oven when their done and withdraw the tubes.

Serve them hot, filled with custard and covered in icing sugar.
